Hey, I’m Tyler. If you’re here, you’re probably ready to feel better in your own body again even if it’s been a while. I get that. Most people I coach feel unsure or nervous when they first get started.I didn’t grow up athletic. I had to learn this step by step, and I know how overwhelming the gym can feel when you don’t know what to do. That’s exactly why I coach the way I do now simple steps, no pressure, and support you can count on.I’ve spent the last four years coaching CrossFit and helping real, everyday people walk into the gym with confidence. 1. I’m not in shape right now. Is this still for me?
Yes. Most of the people I coach are starting fresh. We take it step by step so you feel confident from day one.2. Do I need a gym membership?
No. You can train at home or at the gym. I design your plan around what you have.3. How much time do I need each week?
Most workouts are 30 to 45 minutes and can be planned around a busy life.4. Will the workouts be too hard for me?
No. Every exercise can be scaled to your current ability. You’ll be challenged, but never overwhelmed.5. Do you help with nutrition too?
Yes. You’ll get simple guidance with protein goals and easy meal ideas that fit your lifestyle.6. Can I still enjoy my favorite foods?
Absolutely. We focus on balance, not restriction. You don’t have to give up the foods you love.7. What if I have joint pain or past injuries?
We adjust movements to keep you safe and comfortable while you build strength and confidence.8. How is this different from a random plan online?
This isn’t a generic program. It’s built for you, your goals, and your starting point. You get real coaching and real support.9. Will I be working directly with you?
Yes. I handle your coaching, feedback, and check ins personally.10. Do we check in each week?
Yes. We review progress, make adjustments, and stay accountable together.11. When will I start seeing results?
Many people feel more energy within 2 weeks and see physical changes within 4 to 6 weeks. But major changes around the 3 month mark.12. What equipment do I need?
Whatever you have is enough. If you want, I can suggest a short and affordable gear list.13. What if I travel or have a busy week?
No problem. I’ll give you quick and travel friendly workout options that still keep you moving.14. What if I struggle with motivation or staying consistent?
That’s why I’m here. We build habits and systems that help you keep going even on tough days.15. Is there a minimum commitment?
Most clients choose at least 12 weeks to see real changes, but I have options to fit your needs.16. Do you offer refunds?
I offer a 14 day money back on the 1 on 1 coaching. After that if you decide you dont want to work together anymore i cant because results come from effort and consistency. But I’ll support you every step of the way.17. How do I get help between workouts?
Depending on your plan, you’ll be able to message me for quick adjustments or questions whenever you need.18. Will this work for my age or body type?
Yes. Everything is customized for you and your needs, not someone else.19. What happens after I sign up?
You fill out a quick form. We talk about your goals. Then we start your program and build momentum right away.20. Do you have before and after results I can see?
