I’m Tyler, a fitness coach who helps high-performing men over 40 rebuild their strength, energy, and discipline through smart, personalized coaching.I get it, you're not in your 20s anymore, and your time, body, and priorities have changed. That’s why I created a system built around your life, not one that adds more stress to it. I coach you through training, nutrition, recovery, and habits that actually work, even if your schedule is packed or your energy isn’t what it used to be.This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about becoming the strongest version of yourself physically, mentally, and for the people who count on you.


About Me

I didn’t grow up in the gym. I started as an ordinary kid with no workout background and built myself up through years of discipline and trial-and-error. What began as a personal mission turned into four years of coaching CrossFit, where I learned how to scale workouts for people of all ages and fitness levels making adjustments on the fly to meet people exactly where they are.Now, I help busy men in their 40s and beyond regain energy, strength, and confidence without wasting time on workouts that don’t fit their needs. My coaching blends years of hands-on experience with a focus on sustainable progress that fits into a demanding lifestyle.If you’re ready to rebuild your body, sharpen your discipline, and perform at your best in the gym and in business. 1. I’m over 40 and out of shape, is it too late to get results?Not at all. I’ve designed my approach for busy men 40+. We focus on smart training, joint-friendly movements, and nutrition strategies that work with your body now, not how it was in your 20s. You’ll start seeing changes and feeling better even sooner.2. Do I need a gym membership, or can I train at home?Either works. I’ll design your program around the space and equipment you have from a full gym to just a set of dumbbells at home.3. How much time do I need each week to see progress?Most clients will see results with 3 - 4 focused sessions a week, 30 - 45 minutes each. We work it into your schedule so it’s realistic.4. Will the workouts be too hard for my current fitness level?No. Every program starts at your level and progresses at your pace. You’ll be challenged, but never thrown into something unsafe or discouraging.5. Do you help with nutrition, or just workouts?Both. You’ll get a simple, realistic nutrition plan that fits your preferences, lifestyle, and goals. No extreme diets.6. Can I still eat the foods I enjoy?Yes. We’ll focus on balance, not restriction. You can keep the foods you love and still hit your goals.7. What if I have an old injury or joint pain?We adapt everything to protect your joints and work around injuries. I also teach you how to strengthen and support those areas over time.8. How is your program different from generic online plans?It’s built for you, your age, body, schedule, preferences, and goals. You’re not just downloading a PDF; you’re working with a coach who’s with you every step.9. Will I be working directly with you, or through an assistant?You work directly with me. I handle your programming, feedback, and check-ins personally.10. Do you check in with me each week?Yes. We’ll have a set check-in each week to review your progress, make adjustments, and keep you accountable.11. How long before I start noticing changes?Many clients will feel more energy within the first 2 weeks and see visible changes in 4 - 6 weeks. Consistency is the key!12. What equipment do I need to get started?We can start with what you have. If you need gear, I’ll recommend a short, affordable list that fits your space.13. Can I do this while traveling or on a busy work schedule?Yes. I’ll create travel-friendly workouts and quick training options so you can stay on track anywhere.14. What if I don’t have the discipline to stick to it?That’s what coaching is for. I’ll help you set up systems and habits that keep you going, even on the hard days.15. Is there a minimum commitment or contract?I recommend a 12 - week commitment to see any changes and to see real results, but I have options to fit your situation.16. Do you offer refunds if I’m not happy with my results?I don’t offer refunds because your results depend on your effort. If you follow the program and put in the work, you will see a difference my role is to guide you, but your success comes from your commitment.17. What kind of support will I get between workouts?Depending on your package you’ll have direct messaging access to me for questions, feedback, and quick adjustments.18. How do I know this will work for my age and body type?Every plan is built from the ground up for your body, your fitness level, and your lifestyle.19. What’s the first step after I sign up?You’ll fill out a quick intake form so I can learn about your goals, schedule, and current fitness. From there, we'll hop on a call, then I build your program and we get started.20. Do you have client success stories or transformations I can see?I’m new to offering online coaching, so I don’t have a gallery of client transformations yet. My focus right now is on helping my first group of clients get life-changing results and if you join, your story could be one of the first I share.
